HOT OFF THE PRESS! A unique opportunity to take part of an 8-week pilot course: benefits of a super sleeper, consequenses of a struggling sleeper. FUNDED by Dreamsville, FREE for you. Why? Becuase we give back to the community! The course is specifically designed and run by Lenne Lillepuu, an expert in thier field and an international wellbeing, diversity and inclusion consultant.

By the end of the course, you’ll be better able to:

  • to take steps towards becoming a super sleeper, feel invigorated, focussed and energised (toolkit provided!)
  • implement healthy habits & eliminate hindering habits 
  • describe successful habit building strategies 
  • explain why sleep is important, how poor sleep affects our physical and mental health and wellbeing 

You may want to take part for you and/or to advise a your colleague, a close friend or a family member. Or even a stranger you may chat to randomly…pick and choose!

Each week will focus on a theme and build on the themes discussed previously. However, you can attend a selection of sessions or all 8 sessions. Needless to say, the more you put in, the more you get out, and the more chances you have of being selected for the rewards…

Yes, you heard correct. We like to reward people, on a regular basis. Why? Because we give back to the community. Regular rewards will be revealed throughout the 8 weeks by Lenne. 

Actively participating in this course also gives you a fantastic opportunity to become leaders in Dreamsville community chat.
